Trowers & Hamlins

Khalid is a Lawyer based in Saudi Arabia in Feras Al Shawaf Law Firm in co-operation with Trowers & Hamlins.  Khalid is qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales and prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins gained valuable experience in a Singapore law firm assisting clients in setting up in the Middle East. In England, Khalid gained extensive experience of corporate, capital markets and commercial transactions at Skadden Arps and Schofied Sweeney. 

Khalid was an active member of the Skadden Arps pro bono team in London and was recently a board member of Association of Young Muslim Professionals in Singapore – a body which regularly assists and advises government in policy formulating concerning the affairs of the Malay and Muslim population in Singapore.

Khalid regularly delivered in-house seminars on company and commercial law issues in Singapore and held talks with business delegations on the key legal and regulatory aspects of doing business in the Middle East.
