Katherine Dyer
Katherine is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins’ Housing Projects department which she joined in 2006 from Owen White.
Katherine specialises in acquisitions and sales by RSLs as well as the property aspects of charging large portfolios of properties. She has also acted for RSLs on Development Agreements, Section 106 Agreements and nomination agreements as well as working closely with RSLs in drafting shared ownership leases and setting up new shared ownership schemes once the sites have been acquired.
