Trowers & Hamlins

Kate is a senior lawyer in the corporate department of Trowers & Hamlins' Oman office which she joined in November 2008 from Deacons in Sydney, Australia, a leading Australian law firm. 

Kate has over 10 years experience advising both public and private companies across a broad range of industries including telecommunications, IT, FMCG, manufacturing and property development. She has experience across a broad range of business matters including fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, supply and distribution agreements and corporate governance.  Kate also spent 12 months respectively as in-house counsel for two large US multinational corporates where she acted for each company in relation to all aspects of their business.
