Jonathan Adlington
Jonathan Adlington is the Senior Partner of Trowers & Hamlins and also works as a partner in the Housing Projects department.
Jonathan joined the Firm in 1971 and has had a varied career having advised during his career on all aspects on commercial and residential property development, construction, funding including acting for both lenders and borrowers, tax, merger and acquisitions.
Since early on in his career Jonathan has increasingly specialised in Commercial Property and Social Housing and now specialises on governance issues relating to social housing providers, regeneration projects, and structuring social housing projects in both private and public sectors.
Jonathan is acknowledged as a Legal Expert and a Leader in the field of Social Housing in both the Legal Business: Legal Experts directory and Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession.
