Jeremy Joiner
Jeremy is the head of Trowers & Hamlin's Commercial Property department which he joined in 1987 having previously been a solicitor and partner at Rubinstein Callingham from 1981 to 1985 and a partner at Stafford Clark & Co from 1985 to 1987.
Jeremy has considerable experience in all areas of commercial property including property development, joint ventures, sale and leaseback, property aspects of corporate acquisitions, sale purchase development and leasing of pubs, restaurants, hotels, health clubs and cinemas, landlord and tenant law, buying and selling investment properties, and dealing with subsequent leasing and management work.
