Jennie Chilton
Jennie is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Housing Projects department, which she joined in 2006 from Bircham Dyson Bell, and specialises in real estate and development. Jennie acts for registered social landlords in the acquisition and development of mixed use sites, including the provision of affordable housing and dwellings for market sale, care schemes, and commercial development. Jennie also acts for registered social landlords on estate based transfers.
