Trowers & Hamlins

Jasna is a solicitor in the Banking and Finance Group of Trowers & Hamlins’ corporate department which she joined in 1999 from the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.  Jasna trained at Allen & Overy and after qualification in 1996 worked there for a year before moving to France.

Jasna specialises in banking and finance.  She has, during her career, acted for a variety of both Lenders and Borrowers on a range of both domestic and cross border transactions.  Her career at Trowers has focused on the social housing sector where she has had a great deal of experience in advising on the funding aspects of Large Scale Voluntary Transfers, refinancings, funding care homes and key worker schemes together with mainstream lending and borrowing, reviewing ISDA documentation and advising on the security aspects of the related funding.
