Jane Dalton
Jane is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins International Department, based in Abu Dhabi. Jane advises on corporate and commercial law across a broad range of issues. Jane has recently rejoined the Abu Dhabi office (having previously spent time as a trainee lawyer in Abu Dhabi) after some years in our London office where she specialised in large scale development projects.
Jane's current work includes establishing corporate entities in the UAE, including branch offices of foreign companies and joint venture companies, corporate due diligence and general property advice in relation to sites both within and outside Investment Zones.
