James specialises in major project work in the local government sector including leading teams delivering waste and environmental services projects as well as strategic partnering, outsourcing, regeneration and care projects. He also advises on project related issues including public sector vires, governance, participation in joint venture vehicles and the competitive dialogue and restricted procedure EU procurement processes.
