James Hawkins
James is a partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Public Sector Commercial department. He specialises in major project work, in particular focussed on PPP/PFIs in the waste, strategic services, and accommodation sectors. He acts for both the public and private sectors and has completed over 50 major projects since joining Trowers & Hamlins. James also advises on project related issues including public sector vires, participation in joint venture vehicles, EU procurement and governance.
James is acknowledged as an “Expert in his field in both The Legal 500: The Clients Guide to UK Law Firms and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
