Imogen Fisher
Imogen is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Banking and Finance department which she joined in December 2006. Imogen qualified as a solicitor in 2003.She has experience working with clients who are both borrowers and lenders in the UK and internationally. Imogen has assisted in advising on acquisition finance transactions including advising a private sector borrower on its financing in relation to an acquisition in the caravan sector of a group of companies with an Opco Propco structure. She has also advised on asset finance transactions, including advising a middle east based leasing company on aircraft finance transactions.
Imogen has advised registered social landlords on their financing activities. Recent transactions include a group refinancing and various amendments to existing facilities and Imogen has also advised on intragroup financing.
She has also advised corporate clients on their financing arrangements, including advising a client recently on the intercreditor and guarantee agreements entered into by the UK based companies within a group to secure finance obtained by their US subsidiaries. Imogen has also advised on a number of property led transactions where bank finance was required to purchase and develop land through a unit trust structure.
