Ian Graham
Ian is head of the firm's housing projects department. Ian has specialised in housing law for more than 20 years. Acts for social landlords in relation to major development projects; PFI and PPP schemes; constitutional issues; group structures and mergers. Ian is one of the firm's lead partners in our cross departmental PFI group. He has advised on PFI projects in the housing, health, local government and defence sectors. He has been involved in more that a dozen projects that have reached financial close. A regular speaker and writer of articles on housing, PFI and PPP topics.
Ian is acknowledged as a Legal Expert and a Leader in the field of Social Housing in both the Legal Business: Legal Experts directory and Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession. He is also a recognised Legal Expert in the field of Project Finance (PFI).
