Ian Davis
Ian advises a wide range of charities, public sector and other not-for-profit organisations in respect of charity law, corporate and governance matters including establishing and registering new organisations, examination of vires, restructurings, mergers, group structures, joint ventures and other forms of collaborative working, as well as governance reviews and general governance advice. He has also led teams on major outsourcing contracts and transfers of leisure and housing services from local authorities to the voluntary sector.
