Hina Webb
Hina is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Banking and Finance department having qualified into the department in October 2006 following completion of her training contract with the firm. Hina has experience of advising on a range of banking and corporate transactions. In addition, Hina provides general company and commercial advice.
Hina has experience of acting for both lenders and borrowers in a variety of funding arrangements, including syndicated and bilateral loan agreements, refinancing transactions, intercreditor agreements and security structures. Her experience also includes assisting with both the corporate and funding aspects of the acquisition and sale of companies, businesses and assets. In particular, Hina is part of a team advising off-shore investors on high profile commercial property acquisitions in the City of London. Hina also has experience of advising on financing arrangements for Islamic investors.
