Guy Danalis
Guy Danalis is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins International Department, based in Abu Dhabi. Guy specialises in corporate and commercial law and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, group restructuring, private placements and private equity work. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating substantial distribution and supply agreements in a broad range of industries. In addition to private practice experience, Guy was for a number of years the in-house lawyer for Daikyo, a Japanese company, which is a major tourism operator and developer.
