Diane Preston
Diane Preston is head of the pensions team at Trowers & Hamlins. Diane has specialised in pensions since qualifying in 1988. Diane has considerable expertise in transactional and advisory work for both corporate and public sector clients, in particular issues relating to legislative compliance, scheme documentation, scheme amendment, employer covenant issues, scheme funding, compliance issues, mergers and wind-up. Diane has considerable experience on matters which have involved negotiating with the Pensions Regulator and applications for clearance. Diane is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and is a former member of the Sub-Committee on pension sharing and divorce. Diane contributes to and writes articles for pension publications from time to time.
