David Biggerstaff
David commenced his career with a UK High Street bank and prior to joining Trowers and Hamlins was a partner in a leading London criminal practice. David has gained extensive experience in commercial disputes, asset recovery litigation and corporate fraud work. David's particular strength is working closely with clients to ensure the prompt and cost effective resolution of their disputes. Currently working with several clients to upgrade their legal risk management procedures in order to avoid time consuming costly disputes. David has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients including banks and insurance companies, manufacturers and housing associations. David is responsible for legal risk management within Trowers and Hamlins.
