Claire Barwick
Claire is a senior solicitor in the Projects and Construction department and specialises in negotiating and drafting building and engineering contracts, development agreements, strategic alliancing and framework agreements and professional appointments. Claire advises a wide range of clients across the Public Sector including local authorities, housing associations and NHS Trusts. She has also acted for the public and private sector on PFI, LIFT and other partnered procurement methods and is a member of the Association of Partnering Advisers.
Claire is respected for her understanding of the commercial objectives of her clients and recently advised the client on the procurement of the City Academy, Southwark (Winner: Medium Sized Project 2006 Quality and Construction Awards sponsored by the DTI and Constructing Excellence).
