His work includes advising upon planning applications and appeals, negotiating planning permissions and agreements, making representations on draft Development Plans, settling infrastructure agreements, advising on Judicial Review, promoting stopping up order, promoting or resisting compulsory purchase orders, advising on listed buildings and conservation areas and drafting agreements conditional on planning permission.
