Christopher Pedder
Christopher specialises in non-contentious construction work with experience of a wide range of construction and procurement matters for the public sector where he has advised local authorities and housing associations particularly on partnering based methods of procurement and is currently working on the development of a Specialist contract to TPC 2005.
Christopher also has particular experience of advising consortia and funders on numerous PFI health projects. Christopher is responsible for advising consortia on bidding issues and leading a team in managing projects towards financial close and for ensuring project documentation is negotiated and completed at financial close including dealing with consortium members, the public sector and funders together with their respective advisers on a range of issues including construction, commissioning and operation of the built facilities.
Christopher has had articles published in partnering, CDM 2007, and procuring larger scale investment programmes to achieve 'Decent Homes' standards in construction and housing periodicals.
