Christopher Munday
Christopher has built his housing expertise on the back of a commercial property background. He specialises in the assembly, acquisition, redevelopment, and disposal of sites, including those which are tenanted or contaminated, for both the private and public sector. He has also been involved in a number of stock transfers, focussing in particular on issues surrounding future redevelopment and regeneration. He advises regularly on tenancies and leases, including shared ownership, right to buy and right to acquire. Christopher also heads up the firm’s Property Security Team. He has extensive experience on all property aspects of funding deals, acting for both major international lenders and social landlords. He has particular expertise in refinancings.
