Cheryl Cairns
Cheryl is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Dubai office specialising in both contentious and non-contentious construction law issues.
Most recently Cheryl has assisted in an arbitration conducted under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre in connection with an AED 100 million claim for wrongful termination. Cheryl, through her work in the UK and overseas, is also experienced in advising on forms of procurement, drafting amendments to standard forms of construction contract, professional appointments, direct agreements and bonds. Cheryl also has a masters in construction law.
