Bill Jefferies is a partner based in Bahrain following his transfer from London Corporate in mid 2005.  His main practice area is cross-border M&A and private equity: since joining the Bahrain office,  Bill has worked on (and often led the team working on) a string of high profile deals across the MENA region, Europe and South Asia, particularly in the infrastructure (including energy, telecoms, health, education and transport), real estate, media, manufacturing and financial services sectors.  Bill also regularly advises on capital markets transactions, acting mainly for banks and financial institutions in relation to their fund-raising initiatives or for the underwriters of such initiatives.
