Ben is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.  Ben specialises in construction disputes, especially complex High Court litigation, and has represented a wide variety of clients including, employers, contractors, subcontractors, housing associations and design team members.  Ben has a wide ranging experience in the resolution of all types of construction disputes, including the preparation of adjudication, arbitration and litigation proceedings and the settlement of disputes through commercial negotiation and mediation.
