Arig is currently a first year trainee solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins Projects and Construction department. Arig has a strong knowledge of corporate structuring and commercial issues, in particular, establishment of representative offices, limited liabilities companies and joint stock companies under Egyptian law and the liquidation of the same.
