Andrew Watkins
Andrew Watkins is a partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate Department which he joined in 2007. Between 2001 and 2007 Andrew was a solicitor in the Corporate Department at Travers Smith.
Andrew's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate work. Andrew has considerable corporate finance experience, including advising issuers and nomads/sponsors on listings and secondary issues (on both the Official List and AIM).
In addition, Andrew has acted on numerous takeovers, acquisitions and mergers, in both the public and private arenas. As well as transactional work, Andrew's practice also includes advising companies and financial intermediaries on day-to-day matters, particularly regarding their on-going compliance and regulatory obligations.
