Amelia specialises in PFI/PPP projects, particularly in relation to waste. She advises both public and private sector clients on all matters relating to waste management contracts and has experience of waste collection contracts, household waste and recycling centre contracts, landfill contracts, public realm contracts, and both integrated and non integrated waste management PFI contracts. She also advises on performance and payment mechanisms and procurement issues related to waste projects. Amelia also advises on a broad range of procurement issues, including providing advice on procurement procedures such as the competitive dialogue process, and on legal issues associated with PFI/PPP projects including the application of the Environmental Information Regulations and the Freedom of Information Act.
