Amardeep Gill
Amardeep is an experienced solicitor who advises clients in relation to all kinds of major projects work specifically concentrating on Building Schools for the Future, PFI procurement and competition law. He has also spent time working in the in-house legal departments of both public and private sector clients. He has advised both public and private sector organisations on the use of the competitive dialogue procedure in major procurements as well as drafting and negotiating a range of contractual documentation up to financial close, including Project Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Strategic Partnering Agreements, Direct Agreements and Development Agreements. Amardeep is currently advising on a number of Building Schools for the Future projects around the country and continues to assist clients on shared service initiatives including a variety of strategic partnerships. He also advises clients on a range of legal issues associated with these projects including state aid, municipal trading, the creation of LLPs and prudential borrowing powers.
