Adrian Jones
Adrian is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate department where he advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Adrian's corporate practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, public and private sector joint ventures and advice on general company law issues in the UK and Arabian Gulf.
Adrian's commercial practice involves advice on a wide range of commercial matters including agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing contracts and agreements/standard terms of business for the supply of goods and services. Adrian has a particular expertise in varied high value IT contracts. He also heads up the long established Trowers & Hamlins' super yacht practice, dealing with all aspects of yacht ownership including new build contracts, sales and purchases, setting up offshore ownership structures and overseeing advice on crew contracts and yacht related arbitration/litigation.
Prior to rejoining the Corporate department, Adrian was a resident partner in the firm's Oman office and subsequently the Abu Dhabi office where he advised on varied commercial contracts and project agreements, private equity transactions, group restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
