Adrian Carter
Adrian is a partner in and head of the Banking and Finance department which he joined upon qualification in 1989. Adrian specialises in banking and finance, particularly in housing finance, advising registered providers and lenders to them in relation to a variety of forms of funding, including syndicated and bi-lateral lending and borrowing, capital market issues and hedging arrangements. He has a particular specialism in RP group borrowing arrangements.
Adrian is acknowledged as a leader in the field of Social Housing: Finance in the Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession 2013. He is also acknowledged as a leading individual in the field of social housing finance in the 2012 edition of the Legal 500.
