Adrian Carter
Adrian has substantial experience advising registered social landlords and lenders in relation to a variety forms of funding, including syndicated and bilateral lending and borrowing, capital market issues and hedging arrangements. In addition, he advises on general commercial lending and, particularly in relation to PFI, and on a range of general corporate matters, especially small public company issues.
