Our 100% owned subsidiary was established in Cairo in 1999. It is headed by Sara Hinton who has dual British/Egyptian nationality and over 12 years' experience in Egypt. Egyptian law advice is given through the firm's association with Nour Law Office, a local partnership, headed by Mohamed A. Nour, a leading Egyptian international lawyer with experience in Egypt and in the Gulf. The joint practice is one of the largest law firms in Egypt.
Our Cairo team, including lawyers that speak Arabic, German and French, act in a wide range of business sectors, applying our particular expertise in banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and in oil and gas, corporate, telecoms and media matters.
