Our Bahrain office is the largest international law office in the country, advising many of Bahrain's leading institutions in a range of sectors.

Our lawyers advise an array of international financial institutions, large corporate undertakings and other private sector clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking matters. In addition, our leading telecoms practice has acted on many of the biggest telecoms M&A deals over the past three years.

Since Bahrain is acknowledged as the Gulf's pre-eminent banking centre and offers an attractive regulatory environment, our regional banking and finance team is co-ordinated from here, acting for both conventional and Islamic financial institutions.

Bahrain is witnessing a period of tremendous growth in real estate development and we have established ourselves as the market leaders in this field. Our regional real estate team is led out of Bahrain and advises on almost every major real estate project taking place on the island.

We won The Lawyer Awards Structured Finance and Capital Markets Team of the Year award in 2005 for our role in one of the region's biggest telecoms transactions to date and were a finalist for The Lawyer Awards Real Estate Team of the Year 2007 for our work on the Bahrain Bay project.
