Legal guidance for collaboration for Welsh Local Government Association
The guidance is indended to help Welsh local authorities assess the legal implications of collaborative working with fellow authorities and covers legislation, collaboration models along with practical guidance on how to select a model and how to set it up. The WLGA appointed Trowers & Hamlins following a competitive tender process.
In the foreward, Steve Thomas, Chief Executive of the WLGA commends the guidance and highlights the requirement for authorities to seek innovative ways in which to deliver public services.
