Trowers & Hamlins

Trowers & Hamlins has been voted the best firm to work for in the UK in terms of overall satisfaction by Vault Europe in their solicitor survey 2007.   The survey of 1500 solicitors in the UK asked them to rank firms against a list of criteria including hours, pay, solicitor / partner relations, diversity (women, minorities and gay/lesbian), training and pro bono.

Trowers & Hamlins was praised for its 'completely open door policy' as well as its culture of socialising and the calibre of work across the firm.  Other comments included praise for effort being rewarded and ambition being recognised early.
