Trowers & Hamlins appoints new Property Litigation Partner
Nick joins Trowers & Hamlins Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department where he will add to the firm’s growing commercial property litigation team.
Nick specialises in advising on and handling disputes in relation to the acquisition, management and disposal of commercial real estate, including all elements of commercial landlord and tenant law, property-related insolvency and property-related professional negligence.
He has worked with a wide variety of commercial property clients, from blue chip corporates to property investment funds and high profile private investors. Clients have included BT, Daejan Properties, Lovell (owned by Morgan Sindall plc) and Buckingham Securities, which is owned by property tycoon Simon Halabi.
Nick Levy, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins, comments: “I am confident my commercial property expertise will complement an already very strong Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department in the firm. Commercial property disputes tend to cut across practice areas, so I look forward to a challenging and varied role working closely with a number of other teams.”
