Leading banking and finance lawyer joins Trowers & Hamlins’ in Manchester

Neil, who is acknowledged as a Leader in the field of banking and finance by Chambers UK Guide 2009, joins Trowers & Hamlins’ expanding Manchester office to provide local and regional delivery of social housing finance advice to clients across the North and Midlands.

Neil Waller will be specialising in advising on the financing of registered social landlords.  He has extensive experience advising on banking and financing deals and has completed secondments to The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Bank of Ireland.  He has wide-ranging finance experience, from providing loan facilities to housing associations to funding corporate acquisitions and wind farm projects.
