We advised Vodafone Group plc in relation to its successful bid (as part of a consortium with a local entity) to acquire the second mobile telecommunications licence in Qatar through a competitive bidding process.

This work encompassed advice on all aspects of the regulatory licence bid process (including bid book review) and the corporate structuring work involved in creating the joint venture between our client and its Qatari partner.
