Trowers & Hamlins

City law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Wasabi Energy Limited, an Australian ASX-listed company, on its joint venture with the US based private equity fund, AMP Capital Partners LLC. The joint venture vehicle, a British company called Global Geothermal Limited, will be focused on the delivery of highly efficient geothermal and waste heat power stations and technology. Global Geothermal Limited is 70% owned by Wasabi Energy and 30% owned by AMP Capital Partners.
