The firm advised Adeem Investment Company, KSC on the acquisition of Grosvenor House Apartments Limited a company established for the purposes of developing and operating the hotel apartments business at the Grosvenor House Hotel. The transaction value was £250 million which included the acquisition price and additional investment for refurbishment.
