Trowers & Hamlins advise London Borough of Lewisham on housing PFI
Advised the Council on all legal aspects of its housing PFI contract. This project reached financial close in June 2007.
The work undertaken for the Council included advising on procurement, support in connection with its PFI credit application, contractual documentation, vires, PFI requirements and derogations.
The capital value of this project was approximately £220 million.
