Trowers & Hamlins advise Genesis Housing Group on three seperate facilities of up to £500m
Trowers & Hamlins advises the Genesis Housing Group on three separate bi-lateral facilities (from Nationwide, The Royal Bank of Scotland and The Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland) of up to £500 million in aggregate in favour of GenFinance, all to be on-lent to various group members on a cross-collateralised basis.
