City law firm Trowers & Hamlins acted for WH Ireland (WHI), the nominated adviser and broker to Roxi Petroleum plc, in connection with its successful admission to trading on AIM and £39 million fundraising. The market capitalisation of the company at admission at the placing price was £64 million. Roxi Petroleum was formed last year to acquire controlling interest in and develop oil and gas assets in Central Asia, initially in Kazakhstan.
