Trowers & Hamlins

The acquisition by GI Partners' wholly owned subsidiary Orchid Pubs Limited includes 136 pubs in the south of England and Wales, 133 in the north of England and 21 in Scotland. A number of these are branded under the Country Carvery, Q's and Bar Room Bar formats.

The deal was the latest in a string of transactions that Trowers & Hamlins’ have advised GI Partners on in the leisure and healthcare sectors over the past two years.
