We have been retained as external counsel to Delta Partners a Dubai-based private equity fund investing exclusively in TMT assets in the MENA region.

We have acted for Delta in relation to all of its investment opportunities since inception and in relation to both of its in closed acquisitions which are the acquisition of a significant stake in a North African media company and the acquisition of a significant stake in a telecommunications company with licences and radio spectrum to operate across Russia and CIS.   Whilst this acquisition was outside Delta Capital's target region, Delta co-invested with a globally recognised name in the telecommunications sector and internal clearance was obtained to complete the deal.
