Our trainees are an integral part of our firm.  We truly believe in organic growth, which is why we actively look to recruit trainees who we feel will have a long-term future with us and subsequently invest heavily in the training that we offer to them as well.  Our training has two main aims - to equip all of our trainees for life as a post-qualified solicitor and to retain as many of our trainees as we can who meet our required standards upon qualification.

Training contracts

As stated above, our trainees are an integral part of our firm.  Almost a third of our current Partners trained with us and we would like to increase this number of "organically grown" Partners in the future.
