Trainee solicitors are an integral part of Trowers & Hamlins. We believe in organic growth, which is why we only recruit trainees who have a long term future with us and invest heavily in the training we offer. Our training has two main aims. First, to equip all of our trainees for life as a qualified solicitor. Second, to retain as many of our trainees who meet our standards on qualification.
