Our trainee solicitors are an integral part of the firm. We believe in organic growth, which is why we only recruit trainees who we feel can have a long term future with us and invest heavily in the training that we offer to them. Our training has two main aims: to equip all of our trainees for life as a qualified solicitor and to retain as many of our trainees who meet our standards upon qualification.
